Yeah~I’ve lost 55 pounds. The 121st Day of Weight Loss
I hope I can lose 30~40 pounds in the next 3 months. I am always talking to myself that weight loss is a long term process. Take it easy! I deeply understand that I can make it only if I just keep it. I also take 1 tablet multivitamins every day. Today Bistro MD diet as follows
Breakfast
- Vanilla Doughnut with no sugar
- One egg
- A bottle of milk
Lunch
- Seafood Jambalaya
- one apple
Supper
- Thai Curry Chicken
Exercise
- Jog 30 minutes
Weight: 164 pounds
