Weight Loss needs Exercise. The 123rd Day of Weight Loss

I have to say that I feel like eating very much today. I know I already want to eat much more yesterday. This’s not good situation. Howevery, I think I have strong persistence especially when my boyfriend’s cooking gourmet food. I’ve been out to exercise with my friend. We practiced Yoga and played badminton. Yoga is a good discipline for weight loss.

By the way, I ordered Organic African Nectar – 100 pouches from Mighty Leaf, which helps lower cholesterol and relaxes the body. Today Bistro MD diet as follows

Breakfast

  • Blueberry Waffle served with sugar free syrup.
  • One glass of orange juice

Lunch

  • Savory Vegetable Soup

Afternoon Snacks

Dinner

Exercise

  • Yoga 1 hour
  • Badminton 2 hours
