Today is a lazy day. The 122nd Day of Weight Loss

I’ve got up early this morning.  Because I was so hungry that I could not sleep at all.  I didn’t want to do anthing today, so today is lazy day. Moreover I had a good appetite. I want to eat what I see. This is not good  news.  Tomorrow is another day. I’ll keep it. Today Bistro MD diet as follows

Breakfast

  • Toasty english muffin
  • a side of Turkey Sausage
  • Egg Whites
  • Milk

Morning Snacks

  • Chocolate shake

Lunch

  • Chicken Fajita
  • Two slices of Watermelon

Dinner

  • Pasta Puntanessaca with Chicken

Exercise

  • Aerobic exercise 1 hour
