The Hunger When You had Bistro MD Meal

 Hello. I just started Bistro MD and I had my first week of 7 meals with snacks. It goes well but just has a problem I am starving at night.

I have to add approximate 100 calorie snacks, there are approximately 300 calories minimum to my days. How can I resolve it :?:

I’m glad to reply Tracy’s comment she left it yesterday.

Don’t worry Tracy. Your issus is also my problem when I had Bistro MD in the beginning. I also feel hungry after meal, especially at night. So at first, I was adding about 100 to 300 calories every day. I asked Bistro MD sent me an additional snack pack, or I went to grocer to bought low calories food.

The total of calories I intake a day was keeping to around 1400, because of some of the Bistro MD meals were coming in below 1200. I think no body could handle this immediate shock to Bistro’s step.

After I follow this step several weeks, I stopped adding snacks and feel better than before at below 1400 calories.

So choose proper calorie, you can not only handle hunger but also keep low calorie. And eventually, you won’t need to add anymore.
