Take a breath and refocus your goal. The 125th Day of Weight Loss

I have stopped exercising for two days. My body has relaxed and recovered energy. I’ll keep exercising from now on.

Weight loss is long time process. If you want to lose your extra pounds with healthy method, I think that you can take a couple of deep breaths and think about your goals how many pounds do you lose. You know what to do to get there and you can do it. We all have our bad days. Panic and negative feeling never help. However, The important thing is that Don’t be lazy every day.

Today Bistro MD diet as follows

Breakfast

  • Sweet cinnamon roll
  • One glass of skim milk

Morning Snacks

  • Fudge Graham Crisp N’ Crunch

Lunch

  • BBQ Chicken

Afternoon Snacks

Dinner
