Bring the 1cup water to slow boil and add it to the oatmeal. Cooking it for about 5 minutes, meanwhile stirring occasionally. When oatmeals are soft and slighty fluffy, you can add 1 tbsp peanut butter and stir well. Then the heat will melt the peanut butter sightly. Finish!

I want to mention that Bistro MD have two kinds of oatmeal, one of the hight-protein flavored oatmeals and the other of good plain Quaker oatmeals. So as Bistro MD said, you should mix the two oatmeals both to get the right number of calories and to dilute the high-protein flavored one.

If you did not got the plain oatmeal in your meal box, check the instructions that you should go buy it and add it to your flavored oatmeal. Mix them together when you cooking. If you like you can add some peanut butter, or something else.
