My Three Meals A Day on Bistro MD

I want to share my thoughts about Bistro MD meals. I’d love to help you know how great the meals are. Here’s my Monday of food.

Breakfast – Oatameal with Blueberries

I’m supposed to have this meal with a cup of coffee or cocoa. I prefer to drink a glass of milk. If you do not like plain taste, you can add some peanut butter to mix it. I love it.

I ate breakfast at 8:30. At 11:30, I stll wasn’t the least bit hungry, but I ate lunch anway.

Lunch – Chicken Italiano

The chicken breast is soft enough. Tomato sauce with capers is yummy. I love it. There are also have a delightful bean, artichokes and a veggie blend. It was very tasty! I never use salt (never have) but I love asian food and soy sauce and keep a bottle in my fridge at work. So I did put some on it.

Snack – Protein Shake and Chips

This shake flavor is my favorite – Proticcino. I guess it maybe is a combination of protein and cappuccino. I recommend you use hot water for this shake, as Bistro MD recommend on the label. The Chili Nacho flavored chips are not really spicy. I normall get hungry around 3:00 in the afternoon. It kept me satisfied when I had this. Sometimes a messy-fingers snack is just what you need.

Dinner – Pork Loin in Apple Cider Sauce

I has this thawed. I put it all on a plate, and stuck it in the nuker for 2 minutes. I’m not a pork fan, so I like chicken much more than pork. But the apple sauce is good , the corn is not bad.

That’s all. Enjoy! Enjoy
