How to maintain weight loss when you sick
I feel too deeply about weight loss when I sick. When I had a cold, I was not really in a position to exercise. No mood to keep it.However I really don’t want to go backwards!
I actually thought it was best to listen to my body, as it’s one that loves exercise, and it was say”Just 2 more hours on the couch”. So I dit. The weight can wait another week for me. In the meantime, I drank lots of water, drinking water is totally important for weight loss. Besides, I often drank some herbal teas like Organic African Nectar – 100 pouches and ate heaps of veggie soup.
I think when you’re sick it’s best not to do anything to strenuous, maybe a gentle walk or pottering around. This whole journey is about being GOOD to your body- so when’s sick, you’ve got to take care of it.
