How to Fight Temporary Setback

Believe it or not that is bad eating is lifelong thing created and like any other addition. It’s a hard thing to change or quit. How to restrict yourself to keep up the good work on temporary setback?
I believe everyone has the same weight rebound situation when they lose weight. I know it is just a temporary and I won’t give up that easily. I’ve found a way that is working for me right now. Give a small reward to yourself for every meal you do on program. Give yourself a confidence boost. Whatever you do, the things just you do not normally allow yourself to do.
I deeply agree that some meals of Bistro MD are not good taste and some people thought that are too unsavoury to keep going. But also I know those meals can help me change my old diet pattern. I’m changing my pattern some and get a new release for those tensions and desires to eat the wrong stuff.
