FedEX Tracker is Boring Me
Last week I received the FedEX tracking number on Monday saying that I’d be getting a delivery at Wednesday.
I stayed at home as usual to wait for my delivery, but finally I hadn’t. No delivery, and tracking number had never been updated beyond “information transmitted to FedEx”.
I shooted an email to my CSR(customer service rep) subsequently. I told her that I’d really like to keep going with BistroMD,but as much as love your customer service. I would not continued doing business with a company if I had terrible service with them many times. She promised me a new shipment was expressed out. After all I’m really liking their food and convenience.
