Drinking water helps lose weight. The 124th Day of Weight Loss
Recently, although I want to eat very much. But I can discipline myself more often than ever before. I feel so tired after exercise, this situation had never happened before. I think I should stop exercising for few days. However, I enjoy exercising than ever before. My friend told me that water makes your metabolism burn calories 3% faster. So I drink a lot of water every day. Today Bistro MD diet as follows
Breakfast
- Corn Muffin
- One glass of skim milk
Morning Snacks
- Kiwi Strawberry Twist Shake
Lunch
- Bourbon Chicken
Afternoon Snacks
- Two peaches
- A cup of Organic African Nectar Tea
Dinner
- Turkey with Cranberry Sauce
- 1 tablet multivitamins
