<p>First, When I want to get it that I favorite, I would just say &#8220;I can afford it. I&#8217;ve already looked into it and totally liked it&#8221; and then change the subject. I have a bottom line on cost. If it&#8217;s too expensive to afford it, I will give up and look into another.</p>
<p>Second, Bistro MD&#8217;s diet plan doesn&#8217;t need you to buy extra food at grocery store. That&#8217;s the reason why I choose Bistro MD. Some diet plan need you to buy snack or something else. So you have to spend extra on diet.</p>
<p>Third, Does it work? I&#8217;ve heard many people successful story about Bistro MD. I post a comment on this website</p>

<p>This game is focus on in several fitness areas: <strong>aerobics</strong>, <strong>strength</strong>, <strong>yoga</strong> and <strong>balance</strong>. At first, every fitness area just has 4-5 unlocked activities. You should increased durations or difficulty to unlock more activities as you spend time completing tasks. The key is increasing duration – simply spend 10 minutes playing, it’s not necessary to master tasks to unlock these activites. The game also allows you set individual profiles for different Miis and lock your profiles. So your unlocked activities also credit to your profile.</p>
<p>If you want to weight loss with those activities, you should do the jogging game and strength exercises.  I have just unlocked only a fraction of them. Some of them are so hard. However, all in all, I’m impressed with yoga and aerobics.</p>
<p>But I have to say that <strong>Yoga protion has</strong> <strong>negative issues</strong>. There’s no instructions that the Wii tells you how to do the Yoga exercises properly. And I’ve found harder poses almost immidiately unlock of exercise so that making it so easy.</p>
<p>The balance board senses my movements very good. The weight is gives is fairly accurate for myself, but the clothing adjustment is odd. 3 pounds for clothes? Weird!</p>
<p>Anyway, despite all these things, it is a good workout. I just wouldn’t recommend it if you’re someone who just assumes that is is always giving you the best accurate fitness advice.</p>

<p>My friend Kathy is getting a bit quicker so that is good for making it more competitive and interesting. Kathy is  both good at badminton and tennis. So we also drove past some tennis courts and were thinking of playing. But I&#8217;m strange at tennis and skill is really bad, but it&#8217;s totally fun. So I decide let kathy teach me paly tennis.</p>
