Bistro Md Results – Have Lost 16 lbs

I simply finished week 4 of Bistro MD and also have lost 16 lbs.

I must point out that I’m recovering from foot/ankle surgery so I’m not able to excercise (a minimum of not quite much!) as I’m non-weightbearing.

I discover this plan reallllly simple to follow and a majority from the food extremely excellent. I do not consume beef extremely typically, so I had that removed from my foods for the future. I had a steak that initial week that had the oddest texture ever, even though the flavor was beneficial. The protein drinks for snack aren’t for me either, a minimum of the fruity flavored 1.

They remind me of chewable vitamins! An additional food that I didn’t like at all was the broccoli quiche/frittata point for breakfast. I love broccoli and also have been fine using the rest from the egg stuff (very best in case you take a bite of egg using the sausage or use a little bit of salsa) but that broccoli a single was not for me. I’ve also requested less in the soy snack items and they’ve been wonderful about substituting the snacks I request. I felt like I was being super picky, but they have had no trouble accomodating me and also have been beyond pleasant to deal with. Should you discover some thing you do not like, speak up!! We’re paying very good dollars for this food and we really should desire to consume it. We would never go grocery shopping and purchase points we know we do not like, so why here? Bistro MD seems to totally support this.

I am doing the 5 days plus snacks Monday by means of Friday and then just trying to be as excellent as feasible, but not beating myself up on the weekends. This is definitely working well!
