About My Weight Loss Experience

Hannah Li I have lost 40 pounds! It may sound unbelievable and impossible but I made it! Actually it’s simple method – reasonable diet and exercise. I don’t believe that the popular weight loss method on the internet, becasue of your body condition is not same as others.

Now I am full of energy,  blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is normal. In addition, my BMI is normal as well and body fat percentage is reduce to 23%. I have strong sense of accomplishment and more confidence when I’m shopping. I just want to say that I had a super fat body in the past, so I understand what you want to do. Just remember that weight loss not only for beauty but also for health.
