Bistro MD Not Just for Women

When I first met my boyfriend, he was very active, totally a sport boy. Once he was out of school, he became a busy man. He had no time to play sports with me. I began to see the results of not being nearly as active as he once been. He ended up gaining 30 lbs in less than a year.
Two months ago, I told he about Bistro MD. This is a weight loss program that would delivery to your door. All you do is heat, eat and enjoy lose weight the fast and easy way. I also told he my experiences about it. Finally, he was determined to place an order and give this a chance to work for him as well as it seemed to work for other men.
He made order and was so happy to see that Bistro MD offers some of his favorite meals. He also was surprised to see that they have desserts that are a part of the weight loss plan. That was a relife to him, because he is snack fan.
He followed the plan with no problem. Pretty goods so far. Moreover, I suggest he to keep a food journal so that you can get in the habbit of food tracking. He lost four pounds first week and was so happy.
Being thinner has made he feel better. He no longer struggle to keep up with the other guys the occasional basketball and I am happy to see that his change. What a difference, and what a change in our life.
How do you justify the cost of your food delivery plan?
Yesterday, I received a email from a guest of this website. She asked me a question, so I post here share with each other.
I am seriously considering Bistro MD. For the past few years however, I have been really “financially impaired”, and that’s what family is used to. I now have a decent job (if you consider $10 an hour decent, I do!) and will be paying for my car, my rent (live with relative) etc. My children are almost 18, and 20 years old, and both work.
How will I justify the cost of Bistro MD and tells me what I can and can’t afford.
First, When I want to get it that I favorite, I would just say “I can afford it. I’ve already looked into it and totally liked it” and then change the subject. I have a bottom line on cost. If it’s too expensive to afford it, I will give up and look into another.
Second, Bistro MD’s diet plan doesn’t need you to buy extra food at grocery store. That’s the reason why I choose Bistro MD. Some diet plan need you to buy snack or something else. So you have to spend extra on diet.
Third, Does it work? I’ve heard many people successful story about Bistro MD. I post a comment on this website
Hi My name is Jim. I’ve been using Bistro MD diet regularly for the past 3 months and I lost about 26 pounds. It works really well for me and I must say it tastes good. I plan to continue it for another 3 months so I can get to my ideal body weight. The best thing about Bistro MD is – It is completely natural and doesn’t cost much.
Happy Thanksgiving!
I am up before the sun this morning, at my normal time 6 am. I have had my first cup of coffee, and relaxing….
How about everybody these days? is Thanks Giving just about the food??
(I know why you celebrate thanks giving, but do you just celebrate with food?)
Like… Christmas involves decorating trees, going to church, presents, food etc etc etc… is it just food for thanks giving?? (and football)??
Hope you all have a wonderful day~![]()
Are You Cooking for Your Thanksgiving Feast?
Come on everybody. Thanksgiving is two weeks away. Do you make a plan how to prepare for cooking? We know that turkey and the side dishes are heavy with fats and sugar. Although there is nothing wrong with one day of indulgence, but it can helps to develop healthy habits if we learn moderation at festive meal. We can find ways to cut the calories on favorite dishes, or serve alternatives that are just as delicious.
All we need to plan is that roasting the turkey and have a repertoire of great side dishes and that won’t break the caloric bank and will blend tradion with nutrition. For example, green beans or asparagus vinaigrette is delicious and easy to prepare. Another choice is a light, colorful vegetable slaw.
Some preparation tips:
- drink lots of water before and during dinner (feel fuller)
- avoid too much of things that are just disastrously bad and limit them to a few spoonfuls (ie. whipped cream, pie crust, gravy, buttery-squares (nanaimo bars, etc), macaroni/potato salad, potato chips, nuts, skin/fat)
- eat as much as you want of the not-so-disastrous stuff (turkey meat, squash, broccoli, salad, fruit salads)eat slowly!!!!!!!
- avoid alcohol (i know, i know! it sucks! but you can do it! just think for every drink you don’t have you can have more dessert stuff)

Share Bistro MD Experience with You
I think many people hesitate Bistro MD’s effect and understand what they focus on. So I’ll share my friends’ experience about Bistro MD. Hope you can make a decision after read.
First all, I should point out that I’m recovering from ankle surgery, so I’m not able to exercise as I’m non-weightbearing. I just finished week 3 of Bistro MD and have lost 15 lbs.I must to say that this plan really easy to follow and a majority of the food very good.
I don’t eat beef very often, so I had that removed from my foods for the future. I had a steak that first week that had the oddest texture ever, even though the flavor was good. The protein drinks for snack aren’t for me either, at least the fruity flavored one. They remind me of chewable vitamins! Another food that I didn’t like at all was the broccoli quiche/frittata thing for breakfast. I love broccoli and have been fine with the rest of the egg stuff (best if you take a bite of egg with the sausage or use a little bit of salsa) but that broccoli one was not for me.
I’ve also requested less of the soy snack items and they’ve been great about substituting the snacks I request. I felt like I was being super picky, but they have had no problem accomodating me and have been beyond pleasant to deal with. Their customer service is very good.
If you find something you don’t like, speak up!! We’re paying good money for this food and we should want to eat it. We would never go grocery shopping and buy things we know we don’t like, so why here? Bistro MD seems to totally support this.
I am doing the 5 days plus snacks Monday through Friday and then just trying to be as good as possible, but not beating myself up on the weekends. This is really working well! I like the price of Bistro MD much better. I wish you all the best of luck and hope we all progress together in reaching our goals.
When you are ready to take that step that will lead to not only a weight loss for life, but a healthier, longer, and more enjoyable lifetime, using Bistro MD may be the best choice you can make. Bistro MD works, and it works well.
